Narrative:
Just after setting takeoff power, the #2 generator tripped. I rejected the takeoff without incident and returned to the gate. The aircraft had a long history of this problem.

Title: ACR MLG HAS GENERATOR FAILURE EARLY IN TKOF ROLL, ABORTS TKOF.
Narrative: JUST AFTER SETTING TKOF POWER, THE #2 GENERATOR TRIPPED. I REJECTED THE TKOF WITHOUT INCIDENT AND RETURNED TO THE GATE. THE ACFT HAD A LONG HISTORY OF THIS PROBLEM.
