Narrative:
Heard and read back 'cross 10 west of lancaster at 10M.' set 10000' in altitude window and descended to 10000'. At 10000' controller asked altitude '10M,' and he said clearance was to 11000'. I said we had set 10000' in the altitude window. He said it was not a problem, but I was not sure.
