Narrative:
On approach to bur runway 8 with weather at mins; the azimuth swung full deflection in both directions at mins. I have noticed this during VMC ops and it seems to be a common (as it happens every time) issue. ATC was involved. I have since flown into bur and again witnessed the issue. If this is not addressed at the source; suggest [company pilots be advised] and suggest we hand fly the approach when weather is critical.
