Narrative:
On approach to dtw, we were unable to extend leading edge devices or trailing edge flaps via normal or alternate methods. We diverted to chicago ord because of the poor dtw WX and runway condition. Chicago had a longer runway, dry and favorable wind. We landed at chicago 0 flaps. Our handling by dtw ATC, en route and chicago was excellent. We as a crew (both cabin and cockpit) operated quite well. The system the training the assistance all worked as they should.
