Narrative:
Aircraft was pushed back for an etops departure. On the taxi way there was a tow bar disconnect issue. This was inspected by unknown personnel. There was no logbook entry as required by the company manual and an ETOPS check was not accomplish either. Seemed that the departure time was more of a concern.bring it back to the gate if possible do the inspections that are required document the paperwork.
