Narrative:
I was given permission to land runway 26L and had touched down. A few moments after touch down everything seemed normal when the aircraft started going to the right. I applied opposite brake and rudder. The aircraft continued around to the right; the aircraft monetarily tipped left striking the left wing tip; then settling back down with all systems operating normal. I cleared the runway and taxied back to our hangar.after thinking about the incident for a week this is my thought that would help prevent the occurrence. I had 40 degree flap setting and slow airspeed at 3 point touchdown. The wind was 350 at 6 kts. I did not have the tail wheel lock on; so at a low speed; with ineffective flight controls; and reflexes did not respond quickly enough on the left brake; a right cross wind gust was the cause.
