Narrative:
On crosswind landing had right crosswind corrections in place. Plane started settling into flare. Gust came and pushed plane left across runway. Correction did not work. Added power to go around; plane started to climb; then fell and bounced. Would not climb. Pulled power; landed in grass. Taxi light damaged. No injuries to occupants.

Title: Tower Controller and GA pilot reported a loss of aircraft control during crosswind landing resulting excursion from intended runway and incursion onto its parallel.
Narrative: On crosswind landing had right crosswind corrections in place. Plane started settling into flare. Gust came and pushed plane left across runway. Correction did not work.
