Narrative:
I told a cessna to go around because the cessna that landed before him was still on the runway; in the process of the go around the aircraft appeared to try to land and for the second time I told him to go around again and make left traffic. It looked like the aircraft was making a an early left cross wind turn and the aircraft rapidly lost altitude and impacted the ground.
