Narrative:
I was flying over and around a residential area outside city limits on new bern with 3 friends. 2 were taking pictures of the hunting club. I never came closer than 500' to any house. I dropped down to 100' at one time, over a large open field, to get a better camera angle. When I returned to the FBO I was told 2 women called and said I buzzed their house. Upon investigating the matter I learned that another local pilot regularly buzzes this same neighborhood. He has a friend that lives there and used to be a pilot. This other pilot has made this neighborhood upset with airplanes coming near. I believe I was the victim of their anger at this other pilot. I try to always keep the rules in all areas of my life, and I would not have intentionally buzzed these dear ladies homes. I have had no other incidents of any kind; I take pride in my flying and strive to follow the rule.

THIS OTHER PLT HAS MADE THIS NEIGHBORHOOD UPSET WITH AIRPLANES COMING NEAR. I BELIEVE I WAS THE VICTIM OF THEIR ANGER AT THIS OTHER PLT.
