Narrative:
Flight was cleared from yyz to cug via at or above yqo 243 degree right join V5 djb. We programmed our flight management system with the old dolfn intersection believing it to be yqo 243 degree but it was not, we did not monitor the FMS as it took the aircraft down the yqo 213 degree right instead. Controller questioned our routing and it was then too late we were 43 NM off course. Contributing factors complacency and captain doing payroll paperwork first officer eating crew meal.
