Narrative:
Landing 16R in seattle. Visual approach on glide slope. Just outside boeing field got a RA climb - complied with RA - notified seattle tower of RA climb. They then pointed out traffic off of boeing field opposite direction. We were the last plane to land seattle before they switched to north flow. Boeing had switched earlier and launched traffic with us on final. Seattle and boeing towers not communicating about the switch from south flow to north flow and traffic that was still on final into seattle south flow.
