Narrative:

While level at FL430 we detected a cabin pressure change. Noted cabin altitude increasing rapidly. Cabin altitude warning sounded. Donned oxygen mask and executed emergency descent. Other crewmember attempted to notify ATC. Communication was difficult. Uncertain exactly when ATC was informed. We were cleared to descend to requested altitude of 15000 feet (due to terrain). The cabin altitude went as high as 27000 feet. At 15000 feet the cabin began to re-pressurize and returned to normal pressure schedule. Divert was uneventful.
