Narrative:
I landed at nut tree airport (kvcb) on rwy 20. I made a left turn midfield to exit the runway. As I did; I noticed a [light sport] aircraft approaching me from my left (taxiing southwest bound along the taxiway parallel to rwy 20). The aircraft was further away from the intersection than I was; and even though I was exiting the runway and had the right of way; they were not slowing down and it was evident to me they were not going to yield. I abruptly applied my brakes; and the aircraft passed in front of me; from left to right; all the while without slowing. Meanwhile; my aircraft remained partially on the runway as I could not exit.
