Narrative:
Today I went back to check to see if the leaking fuel carts had been removed or fixed; and no they had not been! They were still there; on the ramp leaking!!! Even more so than yesterday! I don't understand this! Why do we say that we are putting safety first; when clearly we are not!!! Someone is going to get hurt out here with all this jet fuel leaking all over the place!!!!!!!

Title: Air carrier ramp employee reported jet fuel still leaking onto the ramp from fuel carts even after a safety report.
Narrative: Today I went back to check to see if the leaking fuel carts had been removed or fixed; and No they had not been! They were still there; on the ramp leaking!!! Even more so than yesterday!
