Narrative:
During taxi in after arriving we received a call from the cabin. The flight attendant stated that a food service cart had become loose from the aft galley and traveled the length of the cabin before becoming wedged in the first class cabin between rows 3 & 4. She stated that during the course of its travel multiple passengers had received injuries from the cart. I advised ground control of our situation and asked to have medical personnel meet the aircraft upon gate arrival. The captains landing was normal with slightly firm braking towards the end of the rollout.
