Narrative:

Left main gear folded into closed position on rollout runway 9R ptk after normal approach, flare and touchdown, 3 greens showing. Wind was from 090 degree. Aircraft rolled along on right main, nosewheel and left wingtip, stopping off runway in snow. No injuries. Scraping damage to wingtip, flap, gear and propeller tips. No damage to antennas under fuselage. Gear extension rod end sheared in bolt threads, possibly associated with hard landing or contact with snow berm on prior landing. Supplemental information from acn 139308: I am a private pilot who was a passenger in the copilot seat. I clearly noted that the 3 green lights indicating that landing gear were down and locked were illuminated when the landing gear was lowered on final approach.
