Dispatched from iah to tpa via lev VOR J86 srq. Not equipped with rafts for over water flight. I didn't catch the error 'till established on arwy. Company has an exemption for this route for large transport, medium large transport model a, medium large transport model B, but not medium large transport model C.

Narrative: DISPATCHED FROM IAH TO TPA VIA LEV VOR J86 SRQ. NOT EQUIPPED WITH RAFTS FOR OVER WATER FLT. I DIDN'T CATCH THE ERROR 'TILL ESTABLISHED ON ARWY. COMPANY HAS AN EXEMPTION FOR THIS RTE FOR LGT, MLG MODEL A, MLG MODEL B, BUT NOT MLG MODEL C.
