Narrative:
Ivanpah solar on arrival to las. Mirrors supposed to focus on towers however northern most facility was out of control and beaming laser like streams on our aircraft as we proceeded on kepec arrival. The intensity was that of a green laser I have experienced in the past. The result was blinding spots that continued for the subsequent hour after arrival. This not only affected the flight crew but the passengers on the right side of the aircraft. We missed the approach checklist at the appropriate time to protect ourselves from the light and warn the passengers.
