Narrative:
Takeoff roll was initiated on runway 24 at teb. At approximately 100 KTS, the captain initiated an abort prior to V1, due to a red annunciator light. I grabbed the parachute handle and asked if it should be deployed. The captain declined. I then was asked to help with the brakes because they had become ineffective. I assisted with the brakes. I then grabbed the emergency brake handle and asked the captain if he would like me to use emergency brake. He declined its use. We rolled off the end of the runway at approximately 40 KTS and crew to rest in the mud.
