Narrative:
IFR approach VOR a to 5b2 in heavy snow lightning strike over gilla intersection. Advised alb approach we wanted to go to alb to land. Given vectors. Appraised damaged: #1 navigation out, radio compass out, autoplt out, DME out, #2 navigation operation, marking beacon operating, accepted vectors to alb ILS 1. Proceeded and landed west/O further incident. At alb stall warning froze with ice and set off stall horn for last 5 mins of the approach.
