Narrative:
It has come to my attention that there is a maintenance task form for lightning strike inspection. I was unaware of the existence of the form, therefore, I have not used it. The lightning strike inspections I have done per structural repair manual and maintenance manual. The inspections were done properly, but just lack the use of the maintenance form which I was unaware of. Supplemental information from acn 588832: this was not known to me or anyone at this station that this step was needed, nor the requirement that it must be used for all signoffs when a maintenance task exists.
