Narrative:

I was scheduled for work [on the] ramp. I was placed on aircraft X. Prior to arriving at the gate I begun an equipment search; user check and central load planning (clp) print out; no equipment was found. I began walking to my gate I arrived 40-45 minutes before departure time. Supervisor; and other employees were uploading mail and freight. Supervisor then asked me to help upload the front of the aircraft; I agreed. Supervisor then asked me to do the card. The [load planning] had already been assigned hold off codes. Supervisor then asked if I could hold of mail and freight to get the on time departure; I agreed. When closing the card I asked the pushback driver to assist me with the close out of the [load planning]. The close out was not possible so I contacted clp planning to correct the issues on the card. Pit 4 could not be verified because items had been held off. Clp overhears supervisor B and supervisor a saying they did not know what was in pit 4 therefore clp brought the plane back to gate because of possible tail strike issues.
