Narrative:

Aircraft X crossed swchm at 8;300 feet when he should have crossed at 8000 feet. The optimal profile descent (opd) need to stop at the 40 NM boundary from atl with ZTL. This way; the A80 controllers will know exactly what the aircraft are doing and can take action if needed to protect adjacent airspace and other aircraft.

Title: Atlanta TRACON Controller reported an arrival into Atlanta did not cross a fix at the Letter of Agreement Altitude.

Narrative: Aircraft X crossed SWCHM at 8;300 feet when he should have crossed at 8000 feet. The Optimal Profile Descent (OPD) need to stop at the 40 NM boundary from ATL with ZTL. This way; the A80 controllers will know exactly what the aircraft are doing and can take action if needed to protect adjacent airspace and other aircraft.
