Narrative:
Aircraft X advised on check in with A80 that due to a late descent from ZTL; he would not be able to meet any crossing restrictions or speeds. Sector and arrival not noted. The optimal profile descent (opd) need to stop at the 40 NM boundary from atl with ZTL. This way; the A80 controllers will know exactly what the aircraft are doing and can take action if needed to protect adjacent airspace and other aircraft.
