Narrative:
When landing in mexico city on the transition from mavek to plaza there is an anomaly where [an] l-gps fail illuminates on the CDU. This is a momentary loss of the l-gps which I was told is due to a cell phone signal blocking device at a local jail (not sure if true). I feel on the 10-7 page there should be a note to advice pilots that this anomaly exists. I am constantly seeing write ups in the logbook for this as we have more and more new pilots on the 737.
