Narrative:
The gear motor/gear box failed at gear retraction. Tower confirmed gear positioned at 45 degree angle. Flew airplane to owner's maintenance facility at ism after conducting all emergency procedures (manual cranking of gear, positive and negative G's, yaw). Owner notified fire department. Landed aircraft on inside gear doors after shutting down engine at 200' on final. Airplane came to a stop, resting on main and nose gear doors. Propeller stopped horizontally, only damage was to gear doors. No damage to engine, propeller, belly, antennas, rotating beacon, flaps. No injuries or property damage.

Narrative: THE GEAR MOTOR/GEAR BOX FAILED AT GEAR RETRACTION. TWR CONFIRMED GEAR POSITIONED AT 45 DEG ANGLE.
