Narrative:
Taxi out for takeoff we got a #1 generator fault. We asked to pull aside to work our problem. Followed QRH procedures and started APU. Just as the APU became available; we lost both engine generators and had several electrical faults on the overhead. Our decision was to taxi back to the ramp. While we were taxing back to our ramp we lost the APU generator. At this time were on battery power only. We set parking brake; advised tower of our situation and ask for a tow to our gate. It was later discovered to be caused by water getting in from the main cargo door.

Title: A300 flight crew reported losing both engine driven generators during taxi out then they lost the APU generator during taxi in. Rain coming in from the cargo door during loading was thought to have gotten into the generator control panels in the belly of the aircraft.
