Narrative:
Weight and balance (wb) error after takeoff. Informed by ramp agent of error in wb. Position A2 was missing a weight of 396 lbs. Original weight for A2 was 70 lbs. Corrected weight for A2 is 466 lbs. Aircraft was already enroute. Followed procedures as listed in dispatch procedures manual and had new wb sent to the crew. Caused by an error by ramp on weight and balance.

Title: A300 Dispatcher reported a weight and balance discrepancy was discovered by a Ramp Agent after the flight had already departed. The Dispatcher sent the correct weight and balance to the flight crew enroute.
