Narrative:
We taxied up to the FBO and shut down to pick up our passenger. I stayed with the plane while the other pilot went inside. Then a person came out and said we couldn't park there. When the passenger got in we started up and released the brakes. When we started to move, the plane veered right as if the right wheel were chocked or the steering was not engaged. In our new position. The area next to the FBO was out of sight. Then 2 people came over yelling and gesturing to exit the ramp. The other pilot said it was a frozen brake and advanced the power levers and the brake released. Apparently, behind us, people were boarding an aircraft and were hit with the jet blast. What could happen to prevent this is to always have a marshaller or someone who can see behind the aircraft to warn others about jet blast that the pilots can't see.
