Narrative:

Single engine VFR pilot with one passenger flying to go to dinner. Received AWOS about clear skies; calm wind; temperature 1 C. Landed on rwy 26 about 200-300 feet beyond numbers without incident. Taxied to terminal; restaurant closed; decided to return [home]. Took off without incident. Returned for bathroom. Left traffic. No issues with descent. Final approach good; full flaps 85 knots; on center line. Touchdown 75 knots on numbers. Rolled short distance; no brakes applied; slipped to right on black ice; gave left rudder; increased power. Still slipped to right on black ice; corrected with left rudder; aileron straight; no brakes; added more power. Slid into right snow bank; caught right main wheel. Gave more power; held nose up as for soft field landing. Remained straight in snow field about 5 degrees off runway heading with wing tip ending 5-10 feet off runway. Came to rest in snow field when snow plowed in front of plane became 2-3 feet deep. Shut off plane and fuel. Prop bent; nose wheel collapsed. No damage to cowling; nose wheel pants; firewall; underside or two wings. No injuries to occupants. Runway inspected; ice found. Back hoe used to remove snow in front of plane and shovels from in front of main gear. Back hoe attached cable to engine hoist mount after cowling taken off.
