Narrative:
I was doing beverage service when we experienced moderate/severe turbulence. I hit my head several times on the overhead bin. Pax had to help me hold the cart I moved the cart to the galley as soon as possible and stowed cart and took jumpseat. Flight deck crew never gave any warning to cabin crew and never made an announcement during the entire flight to warn pax or give any info.
