Title: ZLA Center Controller working sectors with new arrival/departure procedures discovered an error in one of the routes.
Narrative: According to the OAPM (Optimization of Airspace and Procedures in the Metroplex) the BOACH JANNY route is interrupted by the HEC t-fix or the LYNXX fix. We need a PDAR (Preferred Departure Arrival Route).
