Narrative:

I was taxiing from the main ramp to runway 36 via taxiway echo and runway 29. Ground control told me to use right side of taxiway and runway 29. While making my left turn onto 29 I slightly bumped into an small aircraft aircraft. No damage was done to either aircraft. I did not see the other aircraft because the sun was directly behind the other aircraft and in my eyes. Also there was some frost along the left side of my windshield and it was a bright sunny day. By the time I saw the aircraft I was only a few ft away. Between reaction time and an ice-packed slippery runway I was unable to stop until I contacted the wing of the other aircraft. I believe without a doubt that this incident would not have happened if the tower would have notified me of another aircraft taxiing on the same runway.

Narrative: I WAS TAXIING FROM THE MAIN RAMP TO RWY 36 VIA TAXIWAY ECHO AND RWY 29. GND CTL TOLD ME TO USE R SIDE OF TAXIWAY AND RWY 29. WHILE MAKING MY L TURN ONTO 29 I SLIGHTLY BUMPED INTO AN SMA ACFT. NO DAMAGE WAS DONE TO EITHER ACFT. I DID NOT SEE THE OTHER ACFT BECAUSE THE SUN WAS DIRECTLY BEHIND THE OTHER ACFT AND IN MY EYES. ALSO THERE WAS SOME FROST ALONG THE L SIDE OF MY WINDSHIELD AND IT WAS A BRIGHT SUNNY DAY. BY THE TIME I SAW THE ACFT I WAS ONLY A FEW FT AWAY. BTWN REACTION TIME AND AN ICE-PACKED SLIPPERY RWY I WAS UNABLE TO STOP UNTIL I CONTACTED THE WING OF THE OTHER ACFT. I BELIEVE WITHOUT A DOUBT THAT THIS INCIDENT WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED IF THE TWR WOULD HAVE NOTIFIED ME OF ANOTHER ACFT TAXIING ON THE SAME RWY.
