Narrative:

While there was no specific incident I was working sector 34 radar. The d-side position was inoperable for some reason. I was told that the problem was a card in the computer and if they changed it, it might crash. So for 2 consecutive 2 hour 20 min stints, I worked the position through several rushes without a d-side and sunk my butt off. The management said a d-side couldn't do anything. Why they didn't give me a tracker, I don't know. The equipment failed and I sunk because of it. This is ridiculous for atlanta center!
