Narrative:
At about 11000' #4 engine fire warning light illuminated, #4 engine fire procedure was accomplished with engine being shut down and both bottles discharged. Fire light remained illuminated and subsequent scan of engine by first officer showed no indication of fire. All engine indications were normal except fire warning, which remained on for about 8-10 minutes. Fuel was dumped to maximum landing weight, and turning final to 28R at sfo the fire light went out. On inspection by mechanic a bolt was found missing from the angle drive on the accessory drive case and was found laying in the bottom of the engine cowl. This caused the loss of engine oil which caught fire and burned outside of the engine, burning wire bundles and presumably damaging the fire detection loops which may have caused a false fire indication even though fire was out. Oil tank gauge for #4 engine showed full after engine fire procedure. The fire detection did not test properly on the ground at sfo on landing after fire.

Title: WDB TRAINING FLT HAS A FIRE WARNING, DUMPS FUEL AND LANDS.
Narrative: AT ABOUT 11000' #4 ENGINE FIRE WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED, #4 ENGINE FIRE PROC WAS ACCOMPLISHED WITH ENGINE BEING SHUT DOWN AND BOTH BOTTLES DISCHARGED. FIRE LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED AND SUBSEQUENT SCAN OF ENGINE BY F/O SHOWED NO INDICATION OF FIRE. ALL ENGINE INDICATIONS WERE NORMAL EXCEPT FIRE WARNING, WHICH REMAINED ON FOR ABOUT 8-10 MINUTES. FUEL WAS DUMPED TO MAX LNDG WEIGHT, AND TURNING FINAL TO 28R AT SFO THE FIRE LIGHT WENT OUT. OIL TANK GAUGE FOR #4 ENGINE SHOWED FULL AFTER ENGINE FIRE PROC. THE FIRE DETECTION DID NOT TEST PROPERLY ON THE GND AT SFO ON LNDG AFTER FIRE.
