Narrative:
After landing at T47 my aircraft skidded partially off west side of runway 35 while on a far part 135 chart flight. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following: reporter elaborated on details of occurrence. Braking was nil on wet runway because, as he later discovered, antiskid was inoperative. Aircraft is older version without warning lights. Wheels locked, lost directional control reporter states he resigned position in disgust at what he said are poor flight management policies at atx Y company. He cites substandard maintenance, complete absence of training of flight crew members without even check rides with chief pilot before sending pilots out on revenue trips. FAA is investigation the specific incident and has given company a slap on the wrist, but will process a violation on reporter. During course of investigation, reporter has discovered or had it pointed out to him that he was illegal for landing on that runway/airport under part 135 because runway is too short.
