Narrative:

I first saw plane #2 in my 1:30 - 2 O'clock position, level with me, moving fast and close. It moved forward to my position, thus I knew we wouldn't collide -- but close! It was a light aircraft (C402 stated by sck approach). Sck was not painting him. I was at 4000 ft due to the clouds above with sck's ok (now I'll stay 100 ft high!). Just can't believe #2 did not see me.

Title: NMAC BTWN AN SMA SEL AND A CESSNA 402 TWIN IN VFR CONDITIONS AND BOTH UNCTLED.

Narrative: I FIRST SAW PLANE #2 IN MY 1:30 - 2 O'CLOCK POS, LEVEL WITH ME, MOVING FAST AND CLOSE. IT MOVED FORWARD TO MY POS, THUS I KNEW WE WOULDN'T COLLIDE -- BUT CLOSE!
