Narrative:
An fgt entered george gca airspace (sub-delegated to george from dew RAPCON). The aircraft entered the adjacent airspace west/O prior coordination. This was a system deviation, but not reported to western region. Supervisor was working overhead position and signed on before he was scheduled for duty. Supervisor had been effecting radar handoffs prior to the airspace penetration and failed to advise controller he was on longer assisting. No other aircraft was involved.

Title: ACFT UNDER CONTROL OF A TRACON FAC ENTERED AIRSPACE OF A MILFAC WITHOUT PROPER COORD.
Narrative: AN FGT ENTERED GEORGE GCA AIRSPACE (SUB-DELEGATED TO GEORGE FROM DEW RAPCON). THE ACFT ENTERED THE ADJACENT AIRSPACE W/O PRIOR COORD. THIS WAS A SYS DEVIATION, BUT NOT RPTED TO WESTERN REGION. SUPVR WAS WORKING OVERHEAD POS AND SIGNED ON BEFORE HE WAS SCHEDULED FOR DUTY. SUPVR HAD BEEN EFFECTING RADAR HDOFS PRIOR TO THE AIRSPACE PENETRATION AND FAILED TO ADVISE CTLR HE WAS ON LONGER ASSISTING. NO OTHER ACFT WAS INVOLVED.
