Narrative:
Flight fll-cle. We were cleared direct colliers VOR irq V85 hvq by ZJX on frequency 119.77. ZJX forgot to switch us to ZTL. We were sel cal. We contacted ZID on 124.57 south of hvq VOR. We passed through atlanta's airspace west/O contacting ZTL. We were on course the entire time and were at FL370 the last assigned altitude the whole time we were not in contact with ZTL. To the best of my knowledge no airspace violations occurred.
