Narrative:
Marshaller guided captain to park close behind company aircraft which was parked due to gatehold. When we were ready to depart, the marshaller directed me to make a sharp right turn out of the gate area while we both watched clearance with the company aircraft. After the left wing tip cleared the tail of the other aircraft the marshaller directed me to taxi forward out of the gate area. As I was leaving the gate I felt a bump in the yoke. Company called us back to the gate. The other pilot had observed the tail of our aircraft ride over the tail of his aircraft. Our aircraft received a bent static wick on the end of the left stabilizer. The other aircraft received a scratch on the upper surface of the elevator and the stabilizer of the parked aircraft (about 3' from the right end of the tail). Mechanic inspected both aircraft and straightened our static wick and released both aircraft as airworthy.

Title: TAIL OF COMMUTER LTT HIT THE TAIL OF COMPANY LTT AS THE ACFT WAS TAXIING AWAY FROM THE GATE.
Narrative: MARSHALLER GUIDED CAPT TO PARK CLOSE BEHIND COMPANY ACFT WHICH WAS PARKED DUE TO GATEHOLD. WHEN WE WERE READY TO DEPART, THE MARSHALLER DIRECTED ME TO MAKE A SHARP RIGHT TURN OUT OF THE GATE AREA WHILE WE BOTH WATCHED CLRNC WITH THE COMPANY ACFT. AFTER THE LEFT WING TIP CLRED THE TAIL OF THE OTHER ACFT THE MARSHALLER DIRECTED ME TO TAXI FORWARD OUT OF THE GATE AREA. AS I WAS LEAVING THE GATE I FELT A BUMP IN THE YOKE. COMPANY CALLED US BACK TO THE GATE. THE OTHER PLT HAD OBSERVED THE TAIL OF OUR ACFT RIDE OVER THE TAIL OF HIS ACFT. OUR ACFT RECEIVED A BENT STATIC WICK ON THE END OF THE LEFT STABILIZER. THE OTHER ACFT RECEIVED A SCRATCH ON THE UPPER SURFACE OF THE ELEVATOR AND THE STABILIZER OF THE PARKED ACFT (ABOUT 3' FROM THE RIGHT END OF THE TAIL). MECH INSPECTED BOTH ACFT AND STRAIGHTENED OUR STATIC WICK AND RELEASED BOTH ACFT AS AIRWORTHY.
