Narrative:

Aircraft X entered ny approach control's airspace west/O a handoff. Much coordination was being made to obtain airspace below our sector from phl so as to take aircraft under a holding pattern for lga. Holding at ard VOR. Aircraft X was landing at teb. Also manual ho's had to be made to ZNY because of a computer problem. Aircraft X slipped through west/O a handoff being made because of other things going on that distracted me from it.

Narrative: ACFT X ENTERED NY APCH CTL'S AIRSPACE W/O A HDOF. MUCH COORD WAS BEING MADE TO OBTAIN AIRSPACE BELOW OUR SECTOR FROM PHL SO AS TO TAKE ACFT UNDER A HOLDING PATTERN FOR LGA.
