Narrative:
Runways 28L, 28R in use myf. Winds probably favoring 23. On T/D and rollout on 28L, strong left crosswind gusts required strong application of right rudder and brake to prevent ground loop. With flaps extended, right wheel locked, causing tire blowout. Runway closed for 30 mins until aircraft removed. On injuries or damage. Myf tower often continues to use 28L and right when wind favors 23.
