Narrative:
On low downwind leg switched fuel tanks. After approximately 20 seconds engine ran erratically. Aircraft settled in wheat field and due to high water and mud. Aircraft gently flipped on back and sustained minor damage. Found water in fuel bowl. No injuries.

Title: SWITCHED TANKS ON LOW DOWNWIND. LOST ENGINE POWER. EMERGENCY LNDG IN FIELD.
Narrative: ON LOW DOWNWIND LEG SWITCHED FUEL TANKS. AFTER APPROX 20 SECS ENG RAN ERRATICALLY. ACFT SETTLED IN WHEAT FIELD AND DUE TO HIGH WATER AND MUD. ACFT GENTLY FLIPPED ON BACK AND SUSTAINED MINOR DAMAGE. FOUND WATER IN FUEL BOWL. NO INJURIES.
