Narrative:

Accomplished work card. After operational test; I began to repair obvious findings. Row 12D and row 14D emergency light lens may have been inadvertently switched around. Correction was made by fellow employee. Contributing factors: working between aisles; cabin service cleaning crew interrupted me several times; which I had to move and repos myself constantly several times.
