Narrative:
As the 'a' F/a was picking up the trays from our breakfast, the captain advised her 'we're beginning our descent now'. I advised the F/as to 'prepare the cabin for arrival'. This was 12 mins prior to arrival instead of 10 as it was a full flight with a hot meal service. The 'a' F/a called as we were on approach and said, 'how long before we land, we only have about half of the cabin picked up'. I replied, 'you have 4 mins till T/D, keep us posted'. The captain and I both gave a '3 bell signal' for landing with no further responses from the F/as. After landing we were informed we landed with tray tables down. We talked to the F/a about communicating with the cockpit more effectively. I told her the key phrase would have been something to the effect of 'the cabin is not prepared for landing'! A passenger idented himself as an 'aviation' employee insisted on the F/a giving him the captain's name. I told her not to. On the flight to abq we were called by the F/as and informed the passenger was now bothering them incessantly and they would like some help. I had to leave my duty station in cockpit leaving the captain with the additional communications. I tried to intervene and calm the passenger. It was the first time I saw him and he said 'I will have your ass for this'. I asked him not to bother the F/as and to please allow them to perform their jobs. I would be more than happy to discuss it with him on the gate in abq. He became louder and more irrational. I returned to the cockpit and we had security meet the airplane in abq. The security guards came back to us and said 'you couldn't have made him happy, I don't care what you offered him.' they also said the man was irrational and not to worry, they would handle it. I recommend the FAA begin supporting the flight crews and advise 'joe aviation' of the FARS pertaining to passenger conduct. We will have better communications from our F/as!

Title: ACR MLG LANDED WITHOUT THE CABIN BEING SECURED AND TRAY TABLES STOWED.
Narrative: AS THE 'A' F/A WAS PICKING UP THE TRAYS FROM OUR BREAKFAST, THE CAPT ADVISED HER 'WE'RE BEGINNING OUR DSNT NOW'. I ADVISED THE F/AS TO 'PREPARE THE CABIN FOR ARR'. THIS WAS 12 MINS PRIOR TO ARR INSTEAD OF 10 AS IT WAS A FULL FLT WITH A HOT MEAL SVC. THE 'A' F/A CALLED AS WE WERE ON APCH AND SAID, 'HOW LONG BEFORE WE LAND, WE ONLY HAVE ABOUT HALF OF THE CABIN PICKED UP'. I REPLIED, 'YOU HAVE 4 MINS TILL T/D, KEEP US POSTED'. THE CAPT AND I BOTH GAVE A '3 BELL SIGNAL' FOR LNDG WITH NO FURTHER RESPONSES FROM THE F/AS. AFTER LNDG WE WERE INFORMED WE LANDED WITH TRAY TABLES DOWN. WE TALKED TO THE F/A ABOUT COMMUNICATING WITH THE COCKPIT MORE EFFECTIVELY. I TOLD HER THE KEY PHRASE WOULD HAVE BEEN SOMETHING TO THE EFFECT OF 'THE CABIN IS NOT PREPARED FOR LNDG'! A PAX IDENTED HIMSELF AS AN 'AVIATION' EMPLOYEE INSISTED ON THE F/A GIVING HIM THE CAPT'S NAME. I TOLD HER NOT TO. ON THE FLT TO ABQ WE WERE CALLED BY THE F/AS AND INFORMED THE PAX WAS NOW BOTHERING THEM INCESSANTLY AND THEY WOULD LIKE SOME HELP. I HAD TO LEAVE MY DUTY STATION IN COCKPIT LEAVING THE CAPT WITH THE ADDITIONAL COMS. I TRIED TO INTERVENE AND CALM THE PAX. I RECOMMEND THE FAA BEGIN SUPPORTING THE FLT CREWS AND ADVISE 'JOE AVIATION' OF THE FARS PERTAINING TO PAX CONDUCT. WE WILL HAVE BETTER COMS FROM OUR F/AS!
