Narrative:

I was just cleared to land and when I lowered the gear handle all power went out. Over the threshold, with the gear only halfway down, I was at approximately 100' AGL. I increased power and accelerated to my best climb speed. I performed an emergency gear extension. I monitored slc VOR, and made blind xmissions of my position on tower frequency. Some electrical power was returning. I did right-hand pattern back to 34R. I received the green light and landed. I was towed on the ground to the hangar. I squawked 7700 and 7600, but feel that my transponder was inoperative, as were my radios.
