Narrative:

Field IFR flight plan hnl-ogg-hnl. Told copilot to refuel aircraft for flight. He and refueler pumped fuel in as indicated from counter on fuel truck. Checked fuel gauges upon completion. Still showed same amount as when we started. Requested copilot and refueler to check if fuel was pumped in. They said yes, so used fuel totalizer for fuel gauge. Asked for additional 50 gals for our second flight. First flight went west/O incident. Second flight left engine failed. Followed standard procedures and emergency checklist for precautionary measures. Landed mkk west/O incident. No mer was declared. Landed safely. Cause of problem I think is faulty fuel truck not pumping right amount of fuel it says it indicates.
