Narrative:
We had just been turned over to ZJX from pnj departure. ZJX gave us a climb from 10000' to a higher altitude. No traffic was called. As we started to climb, we saw an mlt coming in from the right. We had to push over to avoid collision.

Title: COMMUTER HAS NMAC WITH MIL TRANSPORT.
Narrative: WE HAD JUST BEEN TURNED OVER TO ZJX FROM PNJ DEP. ZJX GAVE US A CLB FROM 10000' TO A HIGHER ALT. NO TFC WAS CALLED. AS WE STARTED TO CLB, WE SAW AN MLT COMING IN FROM THE RIGHT. WE HAD TO PUSH OVER TO AVOID COLLISION.
