Narrative:
Climbing to 25;000 feet. At 10;000 feet TCAS gave us a TA. Traffic was approaching above us at 10-11 o'clock. ATC gave us instruction 'expedite climb.' at the same time TCAS RA gave us 'descend'. We followed TCAS RA and initiated descent. We informed ATC about RA. In VMC we never saw the traffic. After 'clear of conflict' we continued to climb to 25;000 feet.
