Narrative:

ATC issued a clearance which was complied with (heading 290 degrees) but was intended (apparently) for another aircraft with similar call sign. Then ATC refused to acknowledge my xmissions for approximately 5 mins while ATC tried to sort out confusion. ATC then issued new clrncs with an excuse of radio problem. However, there were no radio difficulties. It was so confused; corrective action is difficult to recommend.
